• If a person fails the OSCE on their first attempt, they must schedule a retake within eight months of their visa’s commencement date.
• Candidates will have more time to address their growth requirements and prepare adequately for any re-sit.
• Employers must pledge to continuing employment of the individual as a registered nurse at a salary of at least £23,000 PER ANNUM following successful completion of the OSCE and awarding of NMC registration.
